Motiv8 relies on its generous community of partners to help create change for young people across Portsmouth, Fareham, Havant, and Gosport. There are many ways to get involved but our events are among some of the most exciting.

From Gala’s to Golf Day’s, Brunches to Brighter Futures Celebrations we have something for everyone. We can also offer you new, creative, and rewarding ways to impress your clients and meet your social value objectives.

Brighter Futures Day is your chance to bring people together in blue to celebrate amazing young people by organising fun activities, cake sales and office challenges!

After a brilliant first year in 2025, Brighter Futures Day is back, and we’re inviting you to join us in celebrating Motiv8’s founding and another year of empowering young people.

Through the week up to Friday 28th February, we’re encouraging teams, offices and communities to wear blue and take part in fun, uplifting activities that help raise awareness and support for our work. Whether it’s a themed dress-up day, team-building games, creative challenges, or a good old-fashioned cake sale, every activity helps us continue providing vital opportunities for young people.

This is your chance to come together, have fun, wear blue and show how we make a real difference.

An engaging day of golf, competitions, great food and networking at The Club at Cams Hall Estate. This is your chance to be part of corporate hospitality that makes a big difference for amazing young people!

Now in its fifth year, Motiv8 welcomes Golfers of all abilities to join us and play their part in teeing up young people for success. Playing the Creek Course in 2026 tas well as the overall Stableford are competitions for Player of the Day, Longest Drive, Beat The Pro, and Nearest The Pin. All alongside lots of ways to show your support through apparel, raffles, auctions, and volunteering.

Sponsorships and packages can be arranged on request. Previous support has included supporting the overall day, goody bags, T-shirts, and refreshments.

Take on an unforgettable 100m abseil down the iconic Spinnaker Tower, raising vital funds while scaling new heights for young people!

Join 40 others as they abseil down Portsmouth’s Spinnaker Tower as part of our remarkable summer celebration’s. 

The Motiv8 team will support you each step of the way with fundraising and promotion as well as to reach your fundraising target.

When every step down helps young people rise up this is your chance to make a collective and direct difference to young people in Portsmouth, Gosport, Havant and Fareham empowering them to thrive, grow and succeed.

Get ready for a night of roaring twenties glamour, entertainment, & centenary celebrations at The Queens, all while creating brighter futures!

Motiv8 and Mountjoy are bringing Portsmouth back to 1926 for one night only. Held in the Lodge join business and community partners from across the region celebrating another year of incredible partnership and 100 years Portsmouth.

Whether hosting clients, celebrating with you team, or simply because you believe in the vision. This is not one to be missed. As part of The Motiv8 Big Give Christmas Appeal, all donations made as part of this event will be doubled!

In 2026, we are starting our Big Give Christmas Appeal a little differently…

Motiv8 are all about being adaptable in the way we support young people. Our amazing teams are passionate about providing the right support at the right time, in a way that is right for any young person who walks through our door.

Our Big Give Brunch is relaxed, heart-warming and inspiring morning designed to connect local people of influence, discovering how each of our voices can help help young people raise their. Part of Motiv8s Christmas appeal the idea shared and shaped in these sessions will make double the difference as we build brighter futures for young people, together.

Now in its second year we have a collective opportunity to support young people within our local communities offering meaningful conversations over coffee and croissants!

Celebrate with our young people as we look back on the positive impact Motiv8’s incredible supporters and friends have made in 2026.

On Monday 7th December 2026 we will once again be return to The Elizabeth Room at Portsmouth’s Queens Hotel to mark the end of our Big Give Christmas Challenge Campaign.

We invite you to join us and people from across our network in celebrating a transformational year and to reflect on the past year of empowering young people and creating brighter futures together.

Running 5pm – 7pm there will be fun for the whole family as our young people and Youth advisors lead creatieve festive activities. Hot Chocolate and Christmas treat will also be available for all as well build up to the announcement of this year campaign total!
