The majority of Motiv8 workers are employed in front line delivery roles, however we do also employ staff in administration, finance, HR and management posts.

Motiv8 is a vibrant organisation that engages with young people and supports them in accessing better life chances. The support we provide is greatly enhanced by the hard work and dedication of our committed team of volunteers.

Each year, we recruit volunteers who support the organisation in a variety of roles; from administration, finance & fundraising, to youth club, school delivery and employment & training support for young people.
